El mas de Can Cuc és la resta material d'una nissaga de clergues, notaris, pagesos i nobles. L'any 1300 existí un Arnau Cuch, que fou notari del castell d'Anglès.

És excepcional tant en la part exterior com en la interior, ja que, a part de conservar l’estructura original de l’edifici, conté un nombre extraordinari de relleus, escuts, inscripcions, decoració figurada, humana i animal, i marcs d’obertura de pedra treballada.

Poc després, però, edificaren una torre i una nova residència a tocar del mas, l'actual Torre o Villa Eulàlia i residència d'estiu de la família Burès.

Es tracta d'una casa d'estructura rectangular, de tres plantes i coberta de doble vessant a laterals situada a la sortida d'Anglès en direcció Olot.
