Aprovació de la Carta de Serveis Municipals

La Carta de Serveis Municipals 2019-2023 s’ha elaborat amb el suport de la Diputació de Girona i la participació dels ciutadans i ciutadanes d’Anglès per mitjà de sessions participatives al Consell del Poble en les quals s’ha treballat per a  definir els compromisos de cada servei.

Una avaluació anual per part de la ciutadania que es farà mitjançant enquestes en línia i que anirà acompanyada dels indicadors que la pròpia carta defineix, servirà per quantificar el grau de compliment dels compromisos per part de l’ajuntament.
