Considerant que encara concorre el supòsit de greu risc col·lectiu davant del perill de rebrot de la covid19 alnostre territori i a fi de garantir la distància interpersonal, evitar que persones amb risc puguin contagiar-se i per responsabilitat social, celebrar aquesta sessió de forma telemàtica es CONVOCA en sessió Extraordinària el Ple de l’Ajuntament, el 20 d’octubre de 2020 a les 20:00hores a la a la Sala Virtual de Videoconferència Localretmeet, que es podrà seguir al canal de Youtube anomenat Ajuntament d'Anglès o bé a l’enllaç: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaglUnoZK_-PWvIcxFPMn1A(link is external)

ORDRE DEL DIA

1.-Donar compte del Decret número883 d’abstenció de l’alcaldessa en la resolució que ha d'adoptar l'Ajuntament d'Anglès en relació al requeriment previ a Dipsalut.

 

2.-Donar compte del Decret número 896 de modificació del Decret 614 de Delegació de competències de l’Alcaldessa a regidors.

 

3.-Donar compte de l’acord de la JGL de dia 15 d’octubre de 2020 sobre la Modificació el contracte de neteja adjudicat en data 7 de juny de 2018 a l’empresa BFREE FACILITY SERVICES SL.

 

4.-Ratificar el Decret número 894 sobre el Recurs ordinari núm.352/2020davant el Tribunal Superior de Justícia de Catalunya relatiu a l’expropiació del dret real de servitud d’ús de la terrassa del Carrer d’Avall, 33 (Arcada de Can Verdaguer).

 

5-Aprovació inicial del Pressupost 2021, de les bases d'execució, subvencions nominatives, i de la plantilla de personal.
