Atès que en data 15 d'abril de 2016, Dipsalut va obrir una línia de subvencions per projectes que lluiten contra la pobresa i l’exclusió social, i donat que al municipi d'Anglès existeixen persones amb problemàtica social d'atenció especialitzada, l'ajuntament va presentar un projecte amb la finalitat d’oferir i acompanyar a aquestes persones en la seva integració social i laboral

Vista la memòria d'alcaldia de data 16 de maig de 2016 referent al carrer de les Fàbriques i altres possibles grups d'edificis susceptibles de patir deterioraments importants per manca de manteniment, a causa de les dificultats en constituir degudament les comunitats de propietaris i així poder accedir a subvencions per a rehabilitacions, es considera necessària la contractació de serveis externs de constitució i seguiment de les comunitats de propietaris
