En aquest ple modificació de l’ordenança de tinença d’animals que es va aprovar l'any 2016. Els propietaris de gossos hauran de treure’ls a passeig amb una ampolleta d’aigua per diluïr les miccions.

S'ha aprovat definitivament del projecte de millora de l’enllumenat públic del municipi d’Anglès i tot seguit s'ha acordat l'inici de la licitació del projecte.

El plenari d'Anglès aprova per unanimitat destinar 50.000€ a ajudes a les persones físiques i jurídiques titulars d’activitats amb establiments ubicats al municipi d’Anglès que s'hagin vist afectades per l'estat d'alarma pel COVID19. Les quantitats a percebre oscil·len entre 300 i 1000 € segons les despeses que justifiquin els beneficiaris.

En el mateix ple també s'ha acordat la reactivació de la zona verda comercial gratuïta a partir de l'1 de juny 2020. El reglament de zona verda comercial gratuïta limitada per temps es modifica per permetre al carrer de la Triassa l'estacionament de 4 turismes o 3 furgonetes prop dels comerços de la zona. Després de la corresponent exposició pública es procedirà a senyalitzar els aparcaments de la nova zona verda.
